What You'll Do / Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Handle claims enquiry and complaints

• Data input for a new submission claim

• Liaise with medical professionals and customers to conduct assessment and investigation

• Contact customers to follow up outstanding issues

• Support project and business initiatives as assigned by superior

Required Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Claims / insurance will be an advantage

• Knowledge in medical insurance is advantage

• Strong sense of responsibility with high level of integrity and trust

• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-minded

• Good communicate and time management skills

• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel), Chinese word processing is a must.

• Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
